My name is Joeke-Remkus de Vries. Not your typical name, even in the Netherlands, which is where I’m from, but it’ll grow on you. Trust me. First name is a double: Joeke-Remkus, last name de Vries. @DeFries for Tweeps. Most people online have come to know me as Remkus though.

I’m 38 years old and happily married to Karin and proud father of my son Roan and daughters Marinde & Sterre. I live in the province of Fryslân (which will explain my Frisian first names) and I own ForSite Media and Balanced Mind Trainingen.

A company I started to help people advance their skills in a couple of different fields such as Knowledge Management, Time-Management, Project Management, Communication and NLP. That site, however, is in Dutch.
